Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Agreement

These terms cover use of AdParity. Creating an account means you agree to them. AdParity is early-stage Founding Beta software. Features can change, stay limited, or be unavailable for a time. That does not remove the obligation to protect credentials the service stores.

Who may use it

AdParity is for businesses and the people those businesses authorize. You need authority to connect a Shopify store or a Merchant Center account. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the people who use your workspace.

The service

AdParity checks whether Shopify, the storefront, Merchant Center, and browser tracking agree, and it can repeat that check on a daily schedule you turn on. Safe to Spend is a technical readiness result from the checks AdParity currently runs. It does not mean ads cannot lose money. It does not guarantee advertising performance, return on ad spend, revenue, platform approval, the absence of every defect, or legal compliance.

Shopify, Google, Meta tracking on the storefront, and the infrastructure providers have their own terms. AdParity does not control their availability or their decisions about your accounts.

Accounts and ending access

You can disconnect Shopify or Google Merchant Center inside AdParity. Disconnecting removes AdParity's stored credential for that connection. Uninstalling the Shopify app is a separate step in Shopify Admin. A sole workspace owner can delete the AdParity account from the account page. AdParity can suspend access that abuses the service, including attempts to scan stores you do not control. Beta access can end when the beta ends. Billing is not active, so these terms do not describe a paid subscription or a cancellation portal.

Acceptable use

Do not break into AdParity or a connected platform, submit a store you are not allowed to check, or use the product to collect personal data it is not built to collect. Automated checks must stay within the connected storefront.

Intellectual property and feedback

AdParity and its software stay with the service operator. You keep the store and advertising data you connect. If you send feedback, AdParity may use it to change the product without a separate obligation to you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available beta software. Checks can miss a problem or report one that later changes. To the extent the law allows, AdParity is not liable for lost advertising spend, lost profits, or a platform's decision about your account. Liability that remains is limited to the fees you paid AdParity for that store during the three months before the claim. If you have not been charged, that amount is zero. This section does not limit liability that a court will not allow to be limited.

Law and contact

No legal entity or governing-law jurisdiction is configured. These terms do not name a court or a state. No public legal contact address is configured.
